The Obama and Eric Holder Department of Justice (DOJ) are suing yet another state (video below) over a new immigration law enacted in the state of Alabama. The state of Arizona was previously sued by the Obama DOJ. Now it's Alabama's turn.
When the Federal government is failing over and over and over and over again to enforce FEDERAL LAW, what is a state to do? The State of Arizona has gone as far as soliciting public donations in order to be able to build their OWN border fence. They are doing this via a program known as BuildTheBorderFence.com. I guess the Obama & Holder DOJ haven't figured out a way to sue over this...yet.
